Adama bistro serves meticulously prepared local cuisine in a restored 19th century stone building on Zamarin Hill. Zamarin Hill was built starting in 1882, by the founding families of Zichron Yaakov. Today this culinary cottage serves amazing chestnut soup, delicious steaks, sumptious meat stews, fresh fish and tempting vegetarian options for vegans.
