GoArt House

GoART House and the open studio were born out of fantasy, a long-standing dream about creative, collaborative and inspirational life.
Way back in 1993, on a post-army trip to India, I visited Goa for the first time in my life.‏
Right then and there I fell in love with the place, its colors, and its promise for endless creativity and freedom.‏
Since then, the dream to return to Goa to create and realize my art was set in my hear. ‏
In the meantime, there’s been a lot of water running in the Ganges River and only in 2014, after no less than 21 years, I returned to Goa to realize my dream.‏
I rented a large, beautiful house that was full of light and with a lovely gallery in the coastal northern Goa town of Arambol. In this house I envisioned an open community studio, I realized the vision, and I named it the GoART Open Studio.‏
The house was a meeting place and a space of multidisciplinary creativity, for me and for many different artists from around the world. Musicians, writers, singers, dancers and other artists came to the studio to get-together, create and share inspiration.‏
Today GoART Pardes Hanna, and the open studio, are a home and an alluring space for workshops, meetings, art, and inspiring events. It is a powerful and unique community center. ‏
I wish to thank all the guests and visitors who come to the house, and the brave partners and colleagues, who walk with me along the way, and I thank you personally, for taking part in this magnificant reality. ‏
