Tishbi Winery Restaurant
The Tishbi restaurant, located in the winery’s visitors center, is a kosher dairy restaurant headed by Austrian chef Gunther Biderman, whose menu is built on 25 years of experience around the world. Biderman’s specialties use the best seasonal local produce, meticulously prepared using techniques brought from Europe. The new menu is divided into breakfast and lunch dishes. Diners can choose the perfect type of meal, whether that be a romantic meal for two accompanied by a bottle of wine, a business breakfast for a group, or a family lunch as part of the activities at the visitors center.
