Our story begins with Italian food – our great love.
This love, and the desire to serve authentic Italian, home-cooked and creative food led us to open Manuella.
The menu was designed by chef Nadav Sherez, inspired by classic culinary traditions from Italy, with his added personal touch.
The pastas are freshly made onsite each day, with carefully chosen ingredients.
The pizzas are made with flour specially imported from Italy and are baked in large Italian taboon oven in the center of the restaurant.
The menu at Manuella has an appetizing list of fish dishes and seafoods, as well as meat dishes and seasonal specials, changed weekly.
The sumptuous desserts are made by Nadav’s mother, pastry chef Nitza Sherez, who specializes in adapting flavors from Italy to the Israeli palate.
The restaurant’s interior is designed with clean lines, independent of any trends, and leaves plenty of room for the authentic taboon oven from the original building.
The walls are decorated with cookbooks from Nadav’s private collection. Nadav and Nitza invite you for a taste of Italy and Italian hospitality.
