Tishbi Winery

Tishbi Winery was built in the 1980s by Jonathan Tishbi, a fourth generation vintner. The winery faces the picturesque road that wends upward from Binyamina to Zichron Yaakov. The winery has a kosher dairy gourmet restaurant that offers a variety of breakfast and lunch menus. The winery also has a bakery and a visitors center. The visitors center offers tours and a wine-tasting experience, served with exquisite Valrhona chocolates imported from France. The wine shop sells all the blends of Tishbi wines and a wide variety of local products such as wine jam, chocolates, olive oil and candied fruit.
