Beit Nir
Beit Hatotchan (The Gunner’s House) is a compound that is located at the end of Shira St., between the country club and the Zamarin community center.
Beit Hatotchan comprises of a theater named after the late Nir Shreibman, one of 73 soldiers who perished in the 1997 devastating Helicopter Disaster. His family erected the place to commemorate him.
A display of artillery items that were used in Israel’s wars and date back to the establishment of the state of Israel, can be found in the compound.
The place also features a conference hall and auditorium for lectures, ceremonies, plays, and shows, as well as a cafeteria.
