“Yetzira Mekomit” (Local Art)
A collective gallery store for art and applied art that is a colorful and dazzling point of interest at the heart of Zichron Yaakov’s pedestrian street.
Seven local artists exhibit works of art that can be hung or present for observation, worn, put on, wrapped in, dressed in, and used for eating, drinking, serving, and more. jewelry and ceramics, sculpture, silver and gemstone jewelry, stained glass, knitwear, paper pulp, handmade paper products, fabrics, baby clothing and accessories, Mandalas combined with prayer verses, and prints on paper and tiles.
“Yetzira Mekomit” was founded in 1991 and has since become a stable, significant, and beloved part of the local landscape. Throughout all of these years, our customers, from Israel and abroad, remain loyal to us and keep coming back always delighted to find out that we are right here, creating with our own hands, art that is authentically local, original, and unique.

The store hours are Sunday-Thursday 10:00 to 19:30; Fridays 09:00 to 15:00; Closed Saturdays. Due to Covid-19 calling to verify opening hours is advised.
Workshops and studio visits can be coordinated with each artist individually.
